ABOUT GOON
"So far, Goon are two for two on crafting extraordinary, individual worlds, but their EPs' shared hallmarks-earworm hooks, heartbroken lyrics, and charmingly homespun production-make up a universe that's distinctly theirs." - LA Record

"Scrappy psych-pop track "Ten Tables" follows the slow, acoustic-driven melodies on the other two singles, "Chaka" and "She," with a slightly quickened pace and heavier layering. The twangy guitar, whooshing harmonies, and reference to childhood memories remind me somewhat of Alex G." - Stereogum

"Rising grunge-gaze heroes Goon have been bringing the scuzz back to LA guitar music for a good year now...the band and its sludgy, sprawling sound has been a relentless presence on stage and playlists alike." - Noisey

RIYL: LVL UP, DEERHUNTER, BIBIO
In October, Goon released their new EP Happy Omen which has gained praise fromNoisey, Stereogum, BBC Radio 6 and even Ed Droste of Grizzly Bear who recently placed the band's single "She" at the top of his Favorite Songs of 2017 playlist on Spotify.
is the follow up to the band's first EP Dusk of Punk which saw the completely independent band break through the indie rock noise, receiving high marks from
"(Absaroka) climbs high through nearly three and half minutes of fuzzy guitar riffs and Reid's reverb-drenched vocals, reaching its peak near the two-minute-mark as a frenetic instrumental bridge explodes through the chorus." - Noisey

"...a heavenly cluster of songs...'Motel State of Mind' is a swirling cyclone of drums and Reid's feathery voice, jolted by an unexpected low-end of guitar fuzz." - Billboard
Alyeska is the brainchild of Montana singer-songwriter Alaska Reid. Blending her influences of Dinosaur Jr., Guided by Voices and Fleetwood Mac, Alyeska is equal parts noisy, guitar driven indie rock and delicate, lyrically driven vocals and compositions.

Earlier this year the band released their first EP Crush which was produced by legendary indie rock producer John Agnello (Waxahatchee, Dinosaur Jr., Kurt Vile.) Crush received critical acclaim from Billboard, Noisey, Stereogum and many more.

Since releasing the Crush EP, the band has gone on to open for Middle Kids, Frankie Cosmos and Blitzen Trapper.
